Hygiene Therapy

At your oral hygiene examination, one of our hygienists will evaluate your gums for disease, take X-rays to identify cavities or abnormalities, and thoroughly clean your teeth if no disease is present.

At the initial exam we will screen for:

TMJ (temporomandibular joint syndrome)
Oral cancer
Periodontal disease
Occlusal problems (orthodontics and grinding)
Decay
